An animated file posted on social networking sites show a view of the Venice, the device with slider and Android. It shows some services of the Venice that are to run alongside the Android OS features.
The native service to run over the Android environment is the BlackBerry Productivity Suit. The reported animated image shows that the Productivity Suit will be all there on the Venice. Those aware of BlackBerry services know that BlackBerry device feature the Productivity Suit along with Communication and Security Suits of its vendor.
Like two other BlackBerry Suits the Productivity suit offers some important service that may enhance the value of Android running device. The services included in the Suit include basic features like calendar, contacts and universal search. The Suit also includes BlackBerry Hub and Documents To Go that are well used in the blackberry devices. The Suit is also reported to arrive with its own ROM thus the users will have it out of box. It is also appreciating the looks of BlackBerry 10 having their way into Android flavored device.
